INTRESSANTA HUS SVERIGE AB is a new unique housecompany that collaborates with Anders Holmberg Arkitekter as their architect. “A special house doesn’t have to be very expensive”. The company was started by two experienced persons that have delivered almost 500 villas and houses over the last years. The new house company works a little differently than the big house suppliers. The idea is to allow architects to draw interesting houses that stands out of the ordinary. We produce houses as modules in a factory and then we install it at site in a short amount of time. This way we combine the beauty of getting an individual and custom house, with the rational production of standard catalogue houses.

Anders Holmberg Arkitekter was invited among 3 other architects to make a proposal for 30-40 houses in Riksten for PEAB. The houses are connected with the terrace that also conatins carport, storage and entrence. The houses climbes up on the hill in different levels along a serpentine road. We aim to create a low energy and affordable well designed house for people that appriciate modern architecture. The project is made in collaboration with DEROME Mark & Bostad.
